How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are fulfilled in 3-5 business days. Be patient while we make your order for you.

How do you ship my order?

Orders ship from our warehouse in Nowhere, CA via UPS Ground. You will receive an email when your order ships with your tracking number. 

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since we immediately start making your order, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours AND a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel an order, contact Customer Support immediately.

We only accept returns of merchandise ordered directly from this website. If you wish to return any products, the items must be returned unwashed and in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and shipping charges are non-refundable. Email Customer Support for the return address.
